Re: What's Different in The Silent Age?

I just realized how hard that y-shaped crack is to see, Drac. Well spotted! :thumleft:

Re: What's Different in The Silent Age?

Both answers are right, of course. Those flowers came from my graphics program. I hadn't tried some of the brush shape options, and had fun messing around with them. The lemons were a picture I found online. I shrank it down as small as I could, but I probably should have put them on the bar instead...

Re: What's Different in The Silent Age?

Three more are correct!

Thanks for the right click info, Phlebas. Photobucket gives me headaches sometimes.

Our monitor colors must be different because the bowl has lemons and the circle (dial) on the light is gray. It doesn't matter because I know what you both meant, but it just surprised me.

What's Different in The Silent Age?

The Silent Age is a third person game about an ordinary guy named Joe who works as a janitor in a big tech company called Archon. Through a series of unusual events, Joe finds himself in the middle of a crisis which he must help solve, despite the fact that he seems ill prepared to do so. Below is ...

Re: Happy 4th of July 2020!

Last night we had massive fireworks going off in three different places in my neighborhood. We had the windows open, and the dogs decided to bark at every loud boom. Several times I nearly jumped out of my chair from either the booms or the barks. I was so happy when things settled down around midni...

Re: Hamilton - on Disney

I wanted to see Hamilton, but I don't subscribe to the Disney channel. I'm hoping that when the theaters in NYC finally open up again I may be able to get tickets. Speaking of tickets, it's kind of ironic that my cousin was trying to get us in to see Billy Joel at MSG when everything shut down. Also...

Re: Happy 4th of July 2020!

I won't be doing anything special for the 4th except watching the NY entertainment and fireworks on channel 4 tomorrow night. I'm still limiting my contacts. I see my cousin every other week, but the usual hugs and long in-person chats have gone by the wayside. I like the way Gov. Cuomo has handled ...

Re: What adventure game are you playing?

I just finished playing The Eyes of Ara. It's a first person game that takes place in a castle, and there are lots of secret areas to discover and puzzles to solve. It took me over 20 hours to complete, and I really enjoyed it.

Re: What adventure game are you playing?

You get clues from some of the characters, so you'd have to be able to hear them.

Re: Asylum Demo Released - Finally!

I'm a backer, too, but I'm not sure I want to play the demo. Once I get into the game, I know I won't want to stop.

Re: What adventure game are you playing?

The voice acting is good, and I like the colorful graphics. So far the puzzles have been relatively easy but fun to figure out, and I'm anxious to see where the story goes.

Re: What adventure game are you playing?

I'm due for a replay of Riven. I've played it at least twice all the way through and then again to activate the terrific Easter eggs. I also have RealMyst Masterpiece I want to try.
