When you use two pounds of hamburger it makes a 9 x 12 cake pan. However I use those plastic ones since the cheese doesn't stick as much to them. We had five adults in the house for dinner and it is over half gone, the kids prefer the plain tacos. Yes it would be a good potluck dish, it tastes good ...

I made this last night and it is rather tasty. I used three pounds of hamburger and taco mix, but reserved 1/3 for tacos. Mexican Lasagna 3 lbs. hamburger 3 pkg taco mix (mild, regular or hot, I use mild cause of the kids and me) 1 pkg enchilada mix (mixed with one can tomato sauce and 1 1/2 C water...

I do roast pork alot, either a pork butt (fattier inside) or a shoulder which has part of the skin on and it leaner inside. Love the cracklings too, over here in Hawaii we (on special occasions) do a whole roast pig, on a spit over an open fire. To die for, imagine a whole pig of crackling skin, sav...

So that is how you blanch the broccoli, I got it cut up this afternoon and stuffed two gallon ziploc bags. It still looks great, no yellow, he gave this batch to us last Saturday. The three heads of cabbage I had to trim down as the outer leaves were starting to look nasty. One of my easy fav recipe...

Drac, that sounds so much better than the boiling way, which is what I have always done. Tastes good, but the veggies tend to get mushy. Cabbbage I like cooked underdone, so I probably would put it in even later. I was thinking around St Paddys that maybe the slow cooker would work, but since the ki...

I also put a mix of them into the marinade for the smoked goat meat. The guys said it was good, but I am not going to taste it, too many of Armalia's relatives.

Sure am glad to see that some people other than those from Hawaii have their Chili over rice, no other way to really cool it down. Drac, my chili has always been good, but since I have added your spices, I get more raves than ever. I just throw in a little bit of this and a little of that, then tast...

I totally agree with Ghostlady and thoroughly enjoyed Keepsake. It was by far the most enjoyable adventure game that I have played in a long time, not to mention the most beautiful. I thought the two toned hair was cool and I don't really think there was an "age" for the game. It was just ...

I don't know if you do eBay, but here is the link to one there and they ship worldwide. I think they are in the UK.

Melia, I just checked and it works fine on XP. I played through the opening movie and clicked about on the bottom floor of the museum. My computer is just a P3 933 mhz with a GeForce 440. I do have a gig of ram though. The install took about two minutes.

I played Keepsake recently and usually get totally lost in games. Once I got my landmarks in this one, I was ok, it is easier when you get to the teleports. I used the different colors of the rooms to remember where I was. Most of the time Lydia was running and it didn't take very long to get to whe...

I played Secrets Can Kill and hated it, it has turned me off the ND games, though I still have a pile of them to play. The constant cd changing was awful and I had a hard time finding the right place to click when loading, saving and even quitting the game.
