Re: Movies Watched in 2009

However I really was shocked by some dark and sinister scenes in the movie. Just goes to show that even though there's no blood/sex/physical violence it doesn't mean kids can watch it. Luckily I was old enough when I first watched it. Curious about the sequels too, but I'm afraid the dvd would neve...

Re: Movies Watched in 2009

I watched some movies from you list, Sneaker: Open Season- I posted about this some time ago. I had about the same opinion. Meh movie with unlikeable main characters. I wish the villain had a bigger role and more of a motive since he was the coolest part in the movie. The Holiday- Didn't like this o...

Re: Keepsake

Nice review, I agree with some of your points: ...the unnecessary teleporting after Lydia has a vision, which all too frequently took you from near where you wanted to be for the next part of your journey, to the opposite side of the map, so you had to immediately backtrack to the point that you wer...

I really liked this game. The interface was simple, the graphics were nice, the voice acting (what little of it there was) was good, and most of the puzzles were fair, though not always clear. I did have a few problems with the game (possible spoilers) - The beginning is very unclear and with all th...

What disappointed me most about NiBiRu was it's plot, but what made it so disappointing was the protagonist - Martin Holan. SPOILERS Martin has no personality at all, no clear past (other than he works in the same profession as his uncle) no family we know of other than said uncle, no friends, no ho...

The problem was that even though the main characters were great, and Claire and Victoria's 'partner' (forgot his name) were also good, nearly all the minor characters were terrible: The two dumb brothers, their boss, the policeman you meet at the begining, Mia, the painter, most of the prostitutes, ...

I agree about the saves, this is why I usually overwrite the older saves when possible. It also saves hardisk space.

I agree with you about the game. I thought it had decent puzzles and graphics, but a boring main character, bad voice acting (you forgot to mention horrible German accents) and a non-ending make this a very forgettable game. I thought Martin was this game's main problem, did he once seem to be inter...

I really liked Still Life, even though it had some some faults (mainly the dialogues, voice acting and the acting) it was a fun game, and I like playing a different character each time. Did you notice that the main menu changes depending on who you're playing as? I was surprised that they made that ...
