Nancy Drew : Treasure in the royal tower

Postby highland » Sun Oct 23, 2005 3:55 am

Nancy is on holiday at the Wickford castle. She's here for skiing but the blizzard arrives and she has to stay closed in the castle.
She discovers that someone vandalized the library. That's another mystery for Nancy Drew.

So, in this investigation, you can visit the castle but take care the dead end !!!
To spice up the story, you will meet four characters who seem to be guilty of course.

"Treasure in the royal tower" talks about french history, and we learn more about Marie-Antoinette. It's one of the important aspect of this game.

What i like in "Treasure in the royal tower" is the many enigma and puzzle, secret passageway and the maze...

It's an historic and secret world to discover (with an extra bonus at the end !). Castle's universe is well represented : colors, tapestry and fournitures are beautiful.

I really loved to play this game, this serie of Nancy Drew changes for the best !!

Treasure In The Royal Tower is one of the best. I also loved the graphics for the castle. This game had the "fun factor" at its high. I did freeze to death a few times, but managed to thaw and return to the game.

I too really enjoyed the graphics, especially in the tower, and the plot was kind of one to keep you guessing. Glad you enjoyed it, Highland!

Hi Highland,

This Nancy Drew is one of my favorites also. I was surprised at the end!

I really like the end puzzle, also.

The castle was a lot of fun to explore.

Which Nancy Drew are you going to play next?

I'm like a scientist with Nancy Drew games. I play these games in order of coming out, to see evolution !
I played in order : message in a haunted mansion (it's not a mistake : i first bought this one), secrets can kill, stay tuned for the danger, royal tower, and i'm going to play the final scene.
For the moment, i had good surprises. Except with Secrets can kill [smilie=computerprobs.gif]

See you later
