He posted this at Gameboomers yesterday.

Lela (Mrs. Bill) passed away Saturday Morning.

I deeply miss her.

Love you all

I got goosebumps when I heard this because earlier this morning, while looking up a phone number, I came across Lela and Bill's address and wondered how they were doing. Years ago I wrote some game reviews for Mr. Bill's Adventureland and was in contact with both of them. She was a lovely lady, and my heart goes out with deepest sympathy to Bill and his family.

I feel so bad for Mr. Bill. He always spoke so nice about his wife you knew he loved her very much. :(

Yes, he loved his wife very much. This is very sad news. I know she wasn't doing too well the last few years. I am sure Mr. Bill is heartbroken. With his stroke a few years ago, I wonder how he is doing. I hope he is holding up.

Mr. Bill and Lela have many reviews here at MM. He has been less active lately as he had a stroke. I believe he is legally blind now, but continues gaming on a large TV screen. He recently complete a text walkthrough of Syberia 3.

Mr. Bill thanks all of you for your kind thoughts. He is also doing this to remember Lela.

I thank you all for the kind words and prayers. I love you all. I have made a tribute to my wife on the homepage of our website. Lela was a nurse. She became a nurse because she took care of her former husband who was dying of cancer and felt totally unprepared. She wanted to help others. Maybe this scholarship will help prepare someone else to help others as she did. Any size contribution on your part will be greatly appreciated. Please do not feel obligated.
