Hi Ti'chelle,
The title relates to a few different things in the game, some of which will only become clear when you play. But on the surface it relates to Kate's existence now - she can't settle, can't relax, can't sleep unless she's had a few vodkas - she's Restless to say the least.
I'm sure some people would go to the police after the explosion, but for Kate it's just not an option she considers. Let's not forget the kinds of people she defends and hangs around with are known criminals, and the police already hate her for the job she does. Kate knows how they feel, and her paranoia now stems from the feeling she has that they've just been waiting for her to slip up, and this would be a perfect thing. We should also note that what has happened is no small thing - in this age of terrorism and heightened states of alert, with the world's media and law enforcement focused on such things, who's to say what the outcome would have been if Kate had admitted it after the fact. She would be admitting to having knowledge of an impending terrorist attack and doing nothing about it - think of the press coverage it would receive - twenty five people are dead - it is a very very serious matter. And at the end of the day, even if she went to the police, no matter what happened, she'd still have to live with the fact that she could easily have prevented twenty five deaths, and it's that fact that plays a large part in the story.
Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for the kind words. It was our intention from the outset to create a deep involving story, with well developed characters that have real feelings and thoughts, who make mistakes and have to live with them, like everyone.
I'm not sure about the "bouncing off walls" thing

Kate walks normally as far as I can tell.
I'm not a big fan of branching and changing stories based on player actions, and I don't really like multiple endings and player deaths, so the plot's not going to change depending on any decisions you make, and restarts won't be necessary. This is a 3rd person game about Kate and her life so the story is set, and is linear, as it is in most games anyway. However, this is also a game that deals with choice and how we feel about the choices we make, so there will be select points in the game where the player will have certain choices to make, and even though the outcome of those choices is always the same (because it's Kate deciding really, not the player) this is about connecting the player more emotionally to the story by having them have the option of choosing certain actions for Kate and therefore justifying those actions within themselves and essentially agreeing with Kate when she performs them, or decding that those actions should NOT be performed, thereby disagreeing with Kate when she performs them anyway. It's hard to explain in words, so I guess you'll just to have to play the game.
The game should be available worldwide in all normal retail outlets offline and online. Publishing details will hopefully be announced soon.
Dan.
