I'm running Windows 7, Drac. (I'll move onto Windows 10 or whatever is available when I upgrade to a new system.) I prevented the update to Windows 10 because I feared driver issues. In fact, Windows update installed a graphics driver that messed up my laptop a bit ago. Unfortunately, the problem with gaming laptops is that you have to rely on the laptop manufacturer for updates (not the graphics card manufacturer) due to tweaks that they do, etc. They never update the drivers. Rather, they just introduce the next laptop in the series. I won't let Windows automatically update anything. Rather , I choose the updates to install. Perhaps that's the good thing about Windows support running out. Eventually, I won't have to worry about their updates upsetting the apple-cart.

That's exactly right with a laptop. I also always choose updates on my desktop... but I can because I have Windows 10 Pro. Windows 10 Home doesn't have that option... there are good things about that because far too many people didn't keep their systems fully patched. But at least Windows 10 does allow you to stop driver updates...

Right click "This PC"
Click advanced system settings
Click hardware Tab
Click device installation settings
Select "No let me choose what to do "
Select "Never install driver software from windows update"
Click save changes button and exit.

Oh my goodness - I have at long last had a response from BFG - but 11 days??? I wonder what the problem is, that they have so many queries to answer.

Still not sorted - they only sent me a game coupon for the £2.30 I spent on this game, and have not credited my account with a full free game coupons - Onwards and upwards :cheers: Or maybe somehow credit me with the difference between £6.99 and £2.30! Either way I will be happy. :D

Winfrey, they have a huge backlog. I just heard from them again after I wrote to them last Wednesday that I was able to get my game to work. They thanked me for letting them know what worked. So I just responded and told them about your dilemma. Not knowing your user name at Big Fish, I could only refer to you as Winfrey from Mystery Manor and told them you wrote last Thursday. Hopefully, Sam from Big Fish will get back to you soon.

Must have helped... not much though.. I just got a post from them but it was pretty standard... did you look at a walkthrough.. general help for I phones..etc...lol.. and if I am still having problems .. respond... so I did we will see what happens next.

Nope...Don't know them at all. They just respond when you contact them, and I like to continue the conversation as long as a matter is open. They always use their names. So the last one that contacted me was Sam...short for Samantha, and she asked if there was anything else I needed. So when I saw your post, I just thought I'd mention that I was good but that you were still waiting for a response.

Well...interestingly enough, Sam just wrote back and thanked me for alerting them to your long wait. I told her that you had received a response but that the suggested solution didn't work and you were still frustrated. So...if you hear from them again....?????

Thank you!! Hope to hear from hem soon, I did a Dr Felix for them.
I noticed that others had the same issue in the CE I have the regular... Mystery Case files Ravenhurst Unlocked...
I can not place the Ritual mask on the statue... when I click on them nothing happens. when you click on the kneeling statues you are supposed to get a close up of them and place the mask on one to proceed.... won't do anything when I click on them
