Game of Thrones

I just finished book 5 of this series.....I really have enjoyed them. I like his writing and the storyline. I can't wait till book 6 comes out.

I'm watching the HBO series, so I don't read the books until after the end of each season. The series follows the books very closely, so I don't want to spoil the TV show! But reading the books afterwards does fill in some of the plot parts I missed - which is not hard to do considering how complicated all the plots are.

I agree... I was on book 4 when I started watching. I am glad that I am reading them as they do fill in and explain a lot that I would not have known. The series does follow pretty closely but I was surprised at some of the changes that they made.

Just started watching the DVD this week - I am only on Series 1, having watched just 5 episodes. Not very keen on the blood and gore LOL!

Oh I know - someone let the cat out of the bag as to what happens to my hero Sean Bean, although I dont like the look of him in this series - and I am just bracing myself. How come you like it? I never would have thought you were blood thirsty Drac!

I absolutely LOVE this series! I also loved the Sons of Anarchy series which is seriously violent and bloody too! I also love all the Dracula movies - I am, after all, draclvr!!
