Let me check to see if Quiet Weekend is listed in the Windows 7 thread...

EDIT: Nope, it's not listed and I don't have the game to check it out. Many of the games that wouldn't install or play in 64-bit Windows 7 would work if you used the compatibility troubleshooter. But I don't know about this one.

It would probably depend on which version of Quiet Weekend in Capri you mean.
The updated versions of Quiet Weekend in Capri and Anacapri: The Dream will work on Windows 7 and Windows 8.

The original version of Anacapri: The Dream (the 2nd game in the series) will not work on Windows 7 according to the developer

So it's not likely the original 2003 version of Quiet Weekend in Capri will work in Windows 7 either unless you use Virtual PC 2007 or VMware with an older version of WIndows installed inside.

I am pretty sure my version of the game is the original.

And unfortunately, this game has not been picked up by GOG.

It is a shame the games don't seem to be available on GOG/Humble/Steam etc. They are at least available as downloads from the creators:

The download then is probably your best bet.
