The dark shading on top of the creepy little girl's hair is different.

Fran's hair has already been mentioned, Drac. The other two are correct.

A small black dot in the upper left of the mirror is missing.

Yes, I think that's probably the most subtle one, Drac. :)

The last two I spotted were the floorboard and the one you cited in the mirror, Drac. If there are differences less subtle than those I can't see them.

By now I'm totally stumped. The last three must be really hard to observe. It's not my call now but if it came down to a vote (in the future) I'd vote for a hint.
Thanks for a great puzzle. :)

I'll wait for another day or two before I give any hints.

I keep thinking there should be a difference with the horrid doll hanging in the cage, but I just can't find anything. Just a hint... yes or no?

There's an eyeball missing on the floor behind the tablecloth in front of the bed.
I see No. 26 now, but the last,#27 not. Forget what I said regarding hints.

No difference there.

You are warm, RCB, but it's not an eyeball that's missing.

Hints:
An edge
A flower
Something is cleaner.

In the original it looks like a pair of eyes peeping out at the bottom of the tablecloth below the monkey with the missing teeth. One eye appears missing in the second perhaps due to the bottom of the tablecloth having been trimmed, esp. noticeable on the right side..

You're right about the edge of the blue cloth being trimmed, but I haven't altered anything else there. I also don't see any eyes in that spot.
